  1. Aku gapernah olahraga senam atau yoga. Cm jalan2 di mall aja.. 28 week kepala dah dibawah, 37 week dah masuk panggul..

  2. Coba di bawa berenang bun seminggu 3 kali, sma banyakin sujud. Tp kl blm 7 bulan mah bayi msh bs mutar² itu

  3. Saran dokter sy, katnya ikut senam ibu hamil klw sudah 6 bulan
