  1. Bs konsul dlu ke dokter bun, kalau kandumgannya aman. Boleh” aja Pkoknya tiap bulan wajib tanya ke dokter, situasinha aman atau engga buat olahraga. Kalau aku milih buat pilates aja slama hamil. Kalau pake alat aku pake dumbell yg ringan kyk 2 kg 2 kg.

  2. Biasany klo dr sebelum hamil uda biasa ngegym boleh bun asal d konsultasiin sm dokternya
