  1. Udah bisa kok bun. Di youtube banyak olahraga yg aman buat trimester 2 dan 3. Tp intinya jgn trlalu di porsir, kalau ada gerakan yg gakbisa atau bikin capek bngt, skip aja gerakannya. Cari gerakan yg bikin nyaman.
