11주차 목답답함, 이물감 있으셨나요ㅠㅠ
6주부터 시작된 입덧과 함께 하루종일 목구멍에 뭔가 걸려있는 느낌과 조이는듯 답답함때문에 스트레스받는데 저와 같은 증상 느끼시는분들 있나요ㅠㅠ 안정기되면 괜찮아질까요..

저요!! 음식물이 목구멍에 딱 걸린느낌요!! 소화가 바로 안되어서 그런것같아요. 소 되새김질 하는 것 같은 기분드네요ㅠㅠ
혹시.. 감기걸리신건아닐까요!? 저는 11주차땐 괜찮았는데 12주차인 요즘 슬슬 감기걸리려하는지 목에 이물감 생겨서요🥲
