Hi Ambul! I had the same problem every time I get to 4-5 months! You can try to do the exercise Shin box switch to get out of the tightness! Then you can move on to the advanced movement of combining the stand-up with every rep! The pelvis ligaments are loosing to prepare for your labor that causes the pain! The only way is to try avoid sitting still! Hope this help!
Tailbone hurts
I have problem with my tailbone, i’m a working mom, seat all day at work. And if I sat for more than an hour, my tailbone hurts everytime I get up from the chair Anyone feels same? How you handle that?
