임신확인서 받을땐 8/28 예정일이라 8/28 예정일 기준으로 현재 단축근무실행중인데 오늘 병원가서 분만예정일이 9/1 로 미뤄졌어요! 이럴경우엔 9/1 기준으로 출산휴가+육아휴직 쓰면 되는걸까요? 단축근무랑 출산휴가+육아휴직 예정일이 달라도 상관없나요~?
