19주차 임산부입니다 챙겨먹어야할 영양제들이 있는데 다른맘님들은 다챙겨 드시는지 또 어느제품의 영양제를 챙겨먹고계신지? 저는지금 유산균 하고 철분제는 먹고있고 비타민디는 함량이 높은걸로 먹다가다먹고 새로사야하는데 이제칼슘도 챙겨먹어야 해서 칼마디 추천좀 부탁드립니다^^

아무 영양제 말구 임산부용으로 먹어야하져?

오메가는 식물성으로 먹는게 좋대요~ 유산균은 그냥 아무거나 먹고 철분제도 보건소에서 준 헤모퀸 먹고 종근당은 네이버에 임산부 칼슘 검색하니 리뷰 나오길래 사서 먹고 있어영
아~네^^ 임산부 영양제 치면 하두많은 제품들이 나와서 어디껄 먹어야하나 결정장애가 있네요~
