누웠다 일어설 때 골반 부분이 아픈게 맞나요ㅠ

다시 누울 때나 앉을 때도 그렇고 옆골반?대퇴부쪽이 계속 불편해서 뭘 해야할지 모르겠어요 원래 스쿼트 할까 했는데 이런 증상에 좋은 운동 있을까요
