18주1일인데 3.8키로 쪘는데 괜찮은건가요..? 아침은 거르고 점심먹고는 청소하고 저녁밥먹고 15-20분정도 걷고, 집안일은 화장실청소나 바닥청소기돌려요 물은 하루에 2-3리터 필수로 마시고 단거라곤 초코우유작은거 1개랑 사과나 복숭아 1-2개정도 먹어요 간식으로는 빵1-2개정도요
