할미배 되신 분 있나요..

애기 낳고 벌써 6개월 지나버렸는데 모유수유 하고 살은 빠지긴 했어요 근데 배만 탄력없이 늘어나서 출렁 ㅠㅠ 진짜 할미배 돼서 거울 보는 것도 스트레스인데 운동으로 좋아질까요.?? 필테 생각하고 있어요

  1. 그래도 길게 1년까지 릴렉신 호르몬 나오니까 복직개 산후복대랑 코어운동 해줘보세요 ~ 저도 필테 시작했는데 쌤이 수업 초반에 이렇게 복부 코어 잡아주셔서 배 탄력 많이 좋아졌어요 ㅎㅎ

      복직근 이개 있긴 한데 자연회복 안 되는거였네요 ㅠㅠ 감사해요 복대랑 코어 잡아줘볼게요
