  1. 복식호흡말고 흉곽호흡운동 하면 효과가 좀 있어요!ㅎㅎ 저도 꾸준히 하는 중인데 브라 사이즈가 조금씩 달라지고 있네요🥹

  2. 산후복대 하고 있으면 흉통 좀 줄어드나영..??

  3. 집에서 홈트로 가능해요!! 유튜브에 호흡운동 많이 해줬고 복직개 산후복대랑 병행해서 다 화복했어용 생각보다 회복 잘 되더라구요 ㅎㅎ
