임신 6주차 하체 스트레칭???

원래 하체 부종이 심해서 골반이랑 하체 풀어주는 스트레칭을 많이하는데요ㅠㅠ 평소에 하다가 요 며칠 못하고 어제 저녁에 스트레칭 했더니 아랫배가 땡기는데 괜찮은거겠죠??? 괜히 불안하네요....ㅠㅠ

  1. 저도 기지개 피는자세같은거 배땡겨서 못해요 걍 하지말래요 의사가 ..부종심하면 걍 누워서 다리 벽에 세워두는게..
