  3. 33주면 아직 내려오면 안 될 것 같아요ㅠ 제 주위에 그렇게 일찍 열심히 하다가 34주에 조산한 분이 계셔서요.. 적당히 운동하시고 35주 넘어서 강도를 올리셔도 될 것 같아요
