이노시톨, 엽산, 리그맘, 질유산균 준비중일때 먹었는데 리그맘 효과 있는것 같아요

저는 엽산이랑 비타민 D 는 꾸준히 먹고 있는데 다른 건 뭐가 좋은건지 잘 모르겠어가지고 ㅠㅠ 다른 분들은 어떤거 챙겨드시고 계신가요?
