Tailbone hurts

I have problem with my tailbone, i’m a working mom, seat all day at work. And if I sat for more than an hour, my tailbone hurts everytime I get up from the chair Anyone feels same? How you handle that?

  1. Hi Ambul! I had the same problem every time I get to 4-5 months! You can try to do the exercise Shin box switch to get out of the tightness! Then you can move on to the advanced movement of combining the stand-up with every rep! The pelvis ligaments are loosing to prepare for your labor that causes the pain! The only way is to try avoid sitting still! Hope this help!
