1 week after your supposed-to-be period date this month should be the most accurate time to tests. There are no particular symptoms to be so sure that you’re pregnant since as stated by comment above, it’s very similar to PMS. The only way to be sure is taking the pregnancy test, but 3 weeks since your last period is definitely too soon
Not sure what to call it
I am 3 weeks pregnant. But is it normal not to have any symptoms yet as well as a pregnancy test that’s negative. I know I am pregnant but i think it might be too early to test is that right. I’m 3 weeks and 3 days at the moment I am getting weird small pains in my stomach but that’s about it at the moment

Menstrual and early pregnancy have similar symptoms. I thought I was having my period coming but after 2 skipped months I decided to take the test and it came back positive. I suggest you to take another test after another weeks just to make sure your period is not around the corner.
How do you know youre pregnant when your test said negative?
